摘要
潮汕小食作为潮式菜点的重要组成部分,吸引着国内外的游客慕名前来观光品尝。与古城潮州市旅游日益发展发展的现状相比,潮汕小食的经营则无较大发展。本文对传统潮汕小食的经营现状进行分析,并在此基础上找出制约其发展的影响因素,最终提出改变现状的相关对策,以期对潮汕小食发展提供可借鉴的理论依据。
Chaoshan snacks as an important part of the Chaoshan dishes,attracts tourists from home and abroad to visit and taste.Compared with the development of chaozhou tourism in the ancient city,the operation of snacks in chaoshan has not developed greatly.In this article,through analysis of traditional chaoshan snacks management situation,to find out the influence factors of restricting snacks' development,finally to put forward the related countermeasure of the status quo,in order to provide theoretical basis for reference to chaoshan snacks development.
