食品安全对于社会民众非常重要,能够保障人们的身体健康。食品检测是评价食品安全的重要途径与方法,可以通过现代化的技术来明确食品是否符合相关的卫生标准,以及食品安全性与健康性的具体情况。本文先阐述了微生物实验室食品检测的相关内容与质量检测的重要性,接着从完善食品检测质量控制的管理体系、重视仪器和试剂的质量控制、做好相关人才队伍的建设、加强食品检测操作的质量4个方面深入全面地探讨了微生物实验室食品检测质量控制的策略。
Food safety is very important to the public and it can protect people's health.Food inspection is an important way to evaluate food safety.Modern technology can be used to determine whether the food is in accordance with the relevant hygienic standards,as well as the safety and health of food.This article first expounds the relevant contents and the importance of quality testing in the laboratory of Microbial Laboratory food inspection,and then discusses the four aspects of the improvement of the management system of the quality control of food inspection,the quality control of the instruments and reagents,the construction of the related personnel and the quality of the food inspection operation.Strategies for quality control of food inspection in microbiology laboratory.
