随着我国经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平越来越高,对食品的要求也越来越高。俗话说:"民以食为天",食品安全关乎民生问题,所以在食品质量与安全监测不断创新监测技术就显得至关重要。本文研究了免疫检测技术在食品质量安全检测中的应用,通过探索不同的免疫监测技术在食品安全检测上的应用,总结出宝贵的实践经验,为以后的食品质量安全检测提供借鉴。

With the continuous development of China＇s economy,people＇s living standards and demands for food are higher and higher.As the saying goes,＂hunger breeds discontentment＂,food safety concerns the livelihood of the people,so it is very important to constantly innovate monitoring technology in food quality and safety monitoring.The purpose of this paper is to study the application of immune detection technology in food quality safety inspection,and to summarize the valuable practical experience by exploring the application of different immune monitoring techniques in food safety inspection,and to provide reference for the future food quality and safety detection.
