摘要 随着社会的进步和科技的发展,转基因食品作为一种新型可食用产品,在国内外得到迅速发展。转基因食品有利于农业可持续发展,能够提高农业经济效益,改善食品营养,具有较高的研究价值。但科技是一把双刃剑,转基因食品也具有一定安全隐患,其产生的过敏性和毒性对生态环境和社会存在潜在威胁。因此,需要综合对其分析研究,系统总结转基因食品对于人类健康的影响,保证人们对转基因食品有更清晰的认知,取其利弃其弊,更好地利用转基因技术服务于社会大众。 With the development of society and technology,genetically modified food has been developing rapidly as a new edible product at home and abroad.Genetically modified food is very conducive to sustainable agricultural development,can improve agricultural economic efficiency,improve food nutrition,it has high research value.But science and technology is a double-edged sword,genetically modified food also has a certain risk of safety,its allergy and toxicity,and the ecological environment and the existence of potential hazards to the society.Therefore,it needs comprehensive analysis and research to systematically summarize the effects of genetically modified food on human health,to ensure that people have a clearer understanding of genetically modified foods,to take advantage of their disadvantages,and to better use GM technology to serve the public.
