Processing of New Tea Food based on Healthy Food Raw Materials

茶叶在我国有悠久的历史,它不仅是我国所特有的传统饮品,同时也是我国文化的象征之一。传统的茶食品仅是将茶叶或茶汁以简单的形式添加到食品中,在一定程度上实现了食品原味与茶叶味道的融合,但很多食品本身的高糖以及高脂等属性并没有得到很好控制。本文对于健康食品原料视角下的新型茶食品的加工方面进行了讨论以及分析,希望对行业内的工作起到一定的帮助。

Tea has a long history in our country.It is not only the traditional beverage of our country,but also one of the symbols of our culture.The traditional tea food is only added to the food in a simple form.To a certain extent,the original flavor of the food and the taste of the tea is fused,but many of the high sugar and high fat properties of the food are not well controlled.This paper has discussed and analyzed the processing of new tea food from the perspective of healthy food materials,hoping to help the work in the industry.
