摘要 粤菜历史悠久,是广东饮食文化的亮点,经过几千年的积累、发展,成为中国四大菜系之一。受广东地理环境和人文环境的影响,粤菜独具特色,有"一菜一格,百菜百味"的说法,其丰富多样,善应四季之变而变,而且粤菜"寓医于食",注重食疗养生;在我国传统饮食文化史留下了浓墨的一笔,因此粤菜文化在海内外有较大的影响,独具一格。 Cantonese cuisine has a long history and is a highlight of Guangdong's catering culture.After thousands of years of accumulation and development,Guangdong cuisine has become one of the four major cuisines in China.Cantonese cuisine is unique because of its geographical and cultural environment in Guangdong.The theory of "one dish and one hundred dishes" is rich and diverse,and it should be changed in the four seasons.Moreover,Cantonese cuisine "contains medicine in food" and pays attention to food treatment and health.It has left a strong ink in the history of Chinese traditional diet culture,so the culture of Guangdong cuisine has great influence at home and abroad.
