快速检测技术在食用农产品安全监管中的应用

Application of Rapid Detection Technology in Safety Supervision of Edible Agricultural Products

随着生活水平的逐渐提高,人们越来越重视身体的健康,对食品质量安全提出更高的要求。食品安全问题是政府和老百姓都关心的重要话题,国家重视老百姓的健康,监督管理部门对食用农产品不断加大了检查力度,一定程度上推进了食用农产品市场安全监管工作的顺利开展,让我国的食用农产品安全得到一定的保障,但食用农产品安全监管工作还是存在诸多的问题,如监管精力不够、成本投入高等。本文基于食用农产品安全的检测情况,对快速检测技术在食用农产品安全监管的现状、策略进行分析探究,加强快速检测技术在食用农产品安全管理中的应用。

With the improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to the health of the body,and put forward higher requirements for food quality and safety.Food safety is an important topic of concern to both the government and the people,the state attaches great importance to the health of the people,the supervision and management departments of edible agricultural products continue to increase the intensity of inspection,to some extent,promote the smooth development of edible agricultural products market safety supervision work,so that China＇s edible agricultural products safety is guaranteed,but edible agricultural products safety supervision work there are still many problems,such as regulatory energy is not enough,the cost is too high.In this paper,based on the detection of edible agricultural products safety,the status quo and strategies of rapid detection technology in edible agricultural products safety supervision were analyzed and explored,the application of rapid detection technology in edible agricultural products safety management was strengthened.
