早产儿家庭个案社会工作方法探究

由于社会节奏的逐渐加快、环境问题的不断凸显等诸多原因，新生儿中的早产儿比率在逐年上升，全球每年有1500万早产儿降临，中国约占其10％左右。随着数据的不断上升，社会对于早产儿及早产儿家庭的关注度也逐年提高。每一个早产儿都是一名早来的天使，早产儿本身所面临的身心健康问题，早产儿家庭所面临的经济扶持及精神调试等问题都值得社会给予更多的关注。本文旨在通过对早产儿家庭所面临的物质、精神、育儿等多方面的问题进行分析，结合个案社会工作理论及方法，探寻提高早产儿家庭幸福感的途径，以期对早产儿家庭这一特殊群体的可持续发展提供帮助。

Due to the accelerating social rhythnl and environmental problems, the premature infant ratio is on the rise year by year. There are 15 nfillion premature babies in the world each year, among which China accounts for about 10%. With the data increasing, the societyhas paid more attention to premature infants and families. Event premature baby is an early angel, who suffers physical and mental health problems. Various problems such as the economic support and the psychological problems of the premature families deserve more attention. This paper aims to analyze material, spiritual and parenting problems premature families will face and explore ways to improve the premature families＇ happiness in the hope of offering the sustainable development to this special group.
