近年来，民办高校的整体转型势不可挡。为了适应这一转型发展的“大潮”，各民办高校需要不断对学校各部门、各单位进行调整改革。学生工作是高校工作的一线“阵地”，不仅在大学生成长成才过程中，发挥着至关重要的作用；同样也是连接学生与学校各职能部门的重要桥梁。本文在民办高校转型的背景下，结合学生工作的特点，从领导、普通工作人员以及辅导员三个视角分析民办高校学生工作的改革方法。
