基于低碳化的辽宁省公铁联运发展探究

摘要 随着我国经济的稳步提升,公铁联运作为一种能够优化组织流程、提升运输效率的运输方式在我国物流运输过程中发挥着重要作用。辽宁省作为"一带一路"发展重点省份之一,具有密集的公路、铁路网络,然而其公铁联运组织效率低,碳排放水平较高,制约了经济的可持续发展。文中通过分析欧美等发达国家和我国一些沿海省份公铁联运发展状况,找到辽宁省目前公铁联运的不足之处。通过测算并比较辽宁省公路与铁路碳排放量水平,进而提出公铁联运低碳化发展的路径。 As China's economy has steadily improved,the operation of the Rail Link as a transport mode that can optimize organizational processes and improve transport efficiency has played an important role in the logistics process in China. Liaoning Province,as one of the key provinces along the "One Road and One Belt "development,has a dense network of roads and railroads. However,its low efficiency and high level of carbon emissions have hindered the sustainable development of the economy. This paper analyzes the development status of the railroad combined transport between developed countries in Europe and the United States and some coastal provinces in China,and finds out the inadequacies of the current railroad transport in Liaoning Province. By measuring and comparing the carbon emission level of highway and railway in Liaoning province,this paper puts forward the path of low-carbon development.
