摘要
文中运用PAM-ISC及TPB模型,构建了大众持续参与众包物流活动的影响因素模型,对达达、百度外卖、蜂鸟众包物流活动接包方的问卷调查,采用PLS结构方程进行分析,获取影响大众持续参与众包物流活动意愿的因素。对众包物流平台提出了多途径提升大众参与众包的绩效期望等建议。
This paper built the model of the factors that affect the public participation in the platform based on PAM-ISC and TPB model. By using PLS Structural equation modeling,analyzed data from crowdsourcing logistic solvers by way of questionnaire. Obtaining the influence of mass Crowdsourcing continued to participate in the logistics activities will. This paper puts forward many ways to improve the performance expectation of public participation in public package.
