Through the introduction of lean management of power supply enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems in the distribution of distribution network in Guizhou power grid,analyzes the current lean distribution management measures adopted by Guizhou power grid,and provides some innovative development suggestions for distribution network materials in power grid enterprises,hoping to lean on the management of distribution materials in grid enterprises. The improvement of the level of chemistry is helpful.
