摘要
在整个物流产业链当中,配送位于末端服务的环节,同时也是最为关键的环节,是直接面对顾客的环节,特别是在配送产品的最后一公里,这一公里是由顾客一同参与,顾客能直观的感受物流配送的满意度。如果这最后一公里由快递员送货上门完成,势必会导致成本高、顾客不方便接收等一系列问题。为解决"最后一公里"存在的种种问题,智能快递柜孕育而生。快递柜在方便了顾客提取快递,大大节约成本的同时,也节省了时间,提高了货物寄存的安全性,智能性,实现了物流配送人性化作业管理。
In the whole logistics industry chain,distribution in service at the end of the link,is also the most key link,and direct to the customers,especially in the last mile of distribution. Customers can feel the satisfaction of logistics distribution directly. If the last kilometer is delivered to the door by the courier,it will lead to a series of problems,such as high cost and inconvenient customer's reception. In order to solve the problems of "the last kilometer ",smart express box was born. In convenient for customer to extract express courier,greatly save costs and improve the safety of the goods check,intelligent,and realize logistics humanized operation management.
