物流管理是当今面临经济挑战的工具之一,它是企业的业务活动和核心活动的混合体。供应和分销活动整合在一起形成了所谓的物流活动。企业组织内的物流活动试图通过满足时间和地点相关的市场挑战,并通过提供服务的成本和质量来满足顾客,同时考虑到顾客的需求和购买力。物流管理是供应链职能的治理,是一种供应链管理组件,它通过计划、控制和实施从源头到目的地的相关信息、货物和服务的有效移动和存储,以满足顾客的需求。物流管理帮助企业减少开支,提高客户服务水平。文中基于供应链优化,对企业物流管理过程中存在的问题进行了研究分析,并提出了相应的对策。

Logistics management is one of the tools that are facing economic challenges nowadays. It is a mixture of business activities and core activities of enterprises. Supply and distribution activities are integrated to form the so-called logistics activities. The logistics activities in the enterprise organization try to meet the market challenges related to time and place,and meet the customers by providing the cost and quality of the service,while taking into account the needs and purchasing power of the customers. Logistics management is the management of supply chain functions. It is a kind of supply chain management component. By planning,controlling and implementing the effective movement and storage of relevant information,goods and services from the source to the destination,it meets the needs of the customers. Logistics management helps enterprises reduce expenditure and improve customer service level. Based on supply chain optimization,this paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the process of enterprise logistics management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
