同型半胱氨酸对冠脉支架术后心功能不全患者病情评诂价值

Evaluation of Homocysteine in Patients with Cardiac Insufficiency after Coronary Stenting

目的探讨冠脉支架术后心功能不全患者体内同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平及对心功能不全患者病情的评估价值。方法选取70例冠脉支架术后心功能不全患者,根据NAHY分级法,Ⅱ级22例,Ⅲ级23例,Ⅳ级25例,Simpson法检测左心室射血分数(ejection fraction,EF)并进行6min步行测试,检测血清Hcy、脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)水平。结果不同心功能组间Hcy、BNP及EF比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Hcy与BNP正相关,Hcy与EF负相关。结论血清Hcy、BNP水平与冠脉支架术后心功能不全密切相关。

Objective To explore the level and value of homocysteine（Hcy）in patients with cardiac insufficiency after coronary stenting.Methods 70 patients with cardiac insufficiency after coronary stenting were divided into cardiac function grade II（22 cases）,cardiac function grade III（23 cases）and cardiac function gradeⅣ（25 cases）according to NAHY classification method.Ejection fraction（EF）of left ventricle was detected by Simpson method and 6-minute walking test was carried out,and the concentration of Hcy and brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）in serum were detected.Results There was a significant difference in concentration of Hcy,BNP and EF between different cardiac function groups（P〈0.05）.Hcy was positively correlated to BNP,while Hcy was negatively correlated to EF.Conclusion The concentration of Hcy and BNP in serum are closely correlated to cardiac insufficiency after coronary stent implantation.
