Research on the Status Quo and Development Trend of Construction Labor Supply Relations in Jiangsu Province under the Background of Architectural Industrialization

随着建筑工业化的推行与发展,传统的劳务市场正在遭受冲击,结构发生改变,本文结合近五年来江苏省建筑劳务市场变化和劳务用工存在的问题,分析其供给现状与发展趋势,对江苏省建筑劳务用工可持续发展提出对策建议。

With the implementation and development of construction industrialization, the traditional labor market is being impacted and the structure has been changed. Based on the recent five years＇ changes in the construction labor market and the problems of labor employment in Jiangsu province, this paper analyzes the current situation and the development trend of the supply labor market, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of labor service for Jiangsu province.
