摘要
从PPP模式的内涵出发,根据保障性住房项目PPP模式的开发现状构建项目PPP模式模型,提出一套能够贯彻项目全过程的PPP模式,让保障性住房在符合市场规律的前提下更加灵活的开发,从而达到政府、企业和居民的"双赢"、"共赢"。
From the connotation of PPP mode, the PPP model is constructed according to the development status of PPP mode of affordable housing project, putting forward a set of PPP mode that can carry out the whole project, let affordable housing develop more flexibly in line with market rules, thus achieving ＂win-win＂ for government, enterprises and residents.
