近年来,中国施工企业大举进军海外基建市场,海外项目营业额逐年攀升。由于海外项目的特殊性,特别是在海外的现汇项目对比上,中国的施工企业跟国际上的大型施工企业相比,仍旧存在诸多不足之处。决定海外项目的成败有诸多因素,而投标前的风险评估将对中标后的项目成败起着决定性作用。本文结合个人工作经历,从投标阶段的风险类别、风险点解析及风险管控等几方面进行阐述。
