摘要 近年来,中国施工企业大举进军海外基建市场,海外项目营业额逐年攀升。由于海外项目的特殊性,特别是在海外的现汇项目对比上,中国的施工企业跟国际上的大型施工企业相比,仍旧存在诸多不足之处。决定海外项目的成败有诸多因素,而投标前的风险评估将对中标后的项目成败起着决定性作用。本文结合个人工作经历,从投标阶段的风险类别、风险点解析及风险管控等几方面进行阐述。 In recent years, Chinese construction companies have made massive investments in overseas infrastructure markets, and the turnover of overseas projects has increased year by year. Due to the specialty of overseas projects, especially the comparison of foreign exchange projects overseas, there are still many deficiencies in China's construction companies compared with large international construction companies. There are many factors that determine the success or failure of overseas projects, and the pre-bid risk assessment will play a decisive role in the success or failure of the project after winning the bid. Combined with the author's personal work experience,this article expounds from the bidding stage risk category, risk point analysis and risk control and other aspects.
