高速公路沥青路面施工技术探究

Research on Construction Technology of Asphalt Pavement of Expressway

近年来,沥青路面技术因其具有高强度、低噪音、行车舒适、施工方便等优点逐渐普及。但随着车流量、车载的不断增加,沥青路面容易出现早期损坏,大大缩减公路的使用寿命。在这种情况下,不断提高施工技术、加强质量控制,确保工程质量符合相关要求,成为公路工程急需解决的问题。路面施工作为公路工程的重要组成部分,路面施工的好坏会直接影响行车安全、舒适及速度。本文结合平兴高速公路项目实际施工情况,针对现有的路面施工过程不标准、工程质量控制不严紧等问题,就高速公路沥青路面施工技术及质量控制进行探讨。

In recent years, asphalt pavement technology has become popular because of its advantages of high strength, low noise,comfortable driving, and convenient construction. However, with the continuous increase in traffic volume and vehicle load, asphalt pavements are prone to early damage and greatly reduce the service life of highways. Under such circumstances, continuous improvement of construction technology, enhancement of quality control, and ensuring that the project quality meets relevant requirements have become urgent problems for highway projects. Pavement construction is an important part of highway engineering. The quality of road construction will directly affect the safety, comfort and speed of driving. Based on the actual construction conditions of the Pingxing Expressway project,this paper discusses the construction technology and quality control of the asphalt pavement of the expressway in view of the existing problems such as non-standard construction process of the road surface and imperfect control of project quality.
