在高校资助工作中,精准资助无疑是重中之重。随着对高校的资助力度和资助规模的不断加大,越来越多家庭经济困难的学生从中受益。校园一卡通作为高校信息化建设的产物,在对贫困生进行资助分析时也起着举足轻重的作用。本课题将通过对校园一卡通消费数据的深度挖掘和分析,对贫困生的贫困等级与消费水平进行相关性分析、研究,从而确定精准资助对象,实施差异化的精准资助。从而实现建立科学、合理的精准资助管理体系,提高对学生资助工作的精准度和实效性,实现资助资源的优化配置,实现教育公平的目的。

Precise subsidy is undoubtedly a top priority in university funding. With the continuous increase in funding force and funding scale for colleges and universities, more and more families with financial difficulties benefit from them. As a product of the university informationization construction, the campus card plays an important role in the analysis of the poor students. This topic will analyze and research the poverty level and the consumption level of impoverished students through the in-depth excavation and analysis of the campus card consumption data, so as to determine the precise target of funding and implement differentiated precise subsidies,establish a scientific and reasonable precise financial management system, improve the accuracy and effectiveness of student financial aid work,realize the optimal allocation of funding resources and achieve educational fairness.
