摘要
论文以陕西商洛地区某高碳质金矿石为研究对象,采用焙烧-氰化法对高碳质金矿石进行金的浸取。分别考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、氰化钠用量、浸出时间对矿石中碳、硫脱除率及金的浸出率的影响。结果显示,在选定焙烧温度700℃,焙烧时间2h的条件下对原矿石氧化焙烧,矿石中碳的脱除率可达89.47%,硫的脱除率可达87.83%;在上述条件下,将焙砂冷却磨细至-200目~92%后氰化浸出,在浸出过程液固比2:1,矿浆p H=10~11,选取煤油用量400g/t,氰化钠用量400g/t,浸出时间18h的优化条件下,金的浸出率可达91.2%。
In this paper, a carbonaceous gold ore in Shangluo, Shanxi Province was studied. In this process, gold was extracted from carbonaceous gold ore by roasting-cyanide leaching. The effects of roasting temperature, roasting time, dosage of sodium cyanide and leaching time on the removal of carbon and sulfur and the leaching rate of gold was investigated respectively. The results shows that, under the roasting temperature of 700℃, after 2 hours' oxidation roasting of raw ore, the removal rate of carbon can achieve 89.47% and the removal efficiency of sulfur can be 87.83%. Under the same process condition, cyanide leaching process was carried out on the cooling calcine of 92%-0.074 mm fineness. In the cyanide leaching process, the liquid to solid ratio was 2:1, the p H of slurry is 10 ~11, the kerosene dosage is 400 g/t and the dosage of sodium cyanide is 400 g/t. After 18 hours' leaching, the leaching rate of gold can reach 91.2%.
