Animal ethics is an important branch of bioethics, and is closely related to the progress of life sciences. The present study analyzes the animal ethics principles and applications in veterinary clinic and research, and explores measures to ensure the applications of animal ethics at University of California＇Davis（UC Davis）. The study aims to provide reference for the development of higher education and research in the related field in China.
