摘要
文章在对相关文献进行梳理的基础上,根据确定的指标体系构建的原则,构建了相应的高校中层干部考核评价体系。运用层次分析法,以湖南省长沙市的本科高校作为调研对象,收集了33份专家意见书,计算确定了评价体系中指标的权重。同时,文章还提出相应的高校中层干部考核的评价机制与评价方法、考评结果的确定与运用方案。
On the basis of sorting out the relevant literature, the article constructs a corresponding assessment and evaluation sys-tem for middle-level cadres in accordance with the principles established in the established index system. Regarding the undergradu- ate course colleges and universities in Changsha as the research object, this study collects 33 expert opinions, calculates the weighti- ness of each index by using AHP. At the same time, the paper also proposes the corresponding evaluation mechanism and evaluation method for the assessment of middle-level cadres in colleges and universities, and the determination and application of evaluation re-sults.
