勘查技术与工程专业野外生产实习教学改革与工程实践能力培养

野外生产实习是培养学生工程实践能力的重要平台,而对于工程能力要求较高的勘查技术与工程专业,在新时期下更应该重视野外生产实习环节。为此,文章首先论述了东华理工大学勘查技术与工程专业生产实习基地的变革,进而分析了学生实习过程中所存在的新问题,在此基础上,提出了加强师资队伍建设,优化组织管理、培养吃苦耐劳精神、建立分阶段检查制度以及授予荣誉称号等改革措施,期望提高本科生的工程实践能力,培养出社会需要的工程技术人才。

A good platform for field production practice is the key to training college students＇ engineering practice ability. As a highly engineering ability major, we should pay more attention to all aspects of field production practice in the new period. This pa-per firstly elaborates the changing of our practice base of exploration technology and engineering, then analyzes the existing problems in the production practice process. Based on these, we propose some reform measures, such as strengthening the construction of teachers, optimizing the organizational management, training hard-working spirit, building phased inspection system, granting the hon-orary title and so on, which is expected to improve the engineering practice ability of students, cultivate the applied talents of the social needs.
