摘要
案例教学是MBA教学的必要环节。目前,国内专题性的MBA人力资源管理案例库建设存在着案例选取的典型性、案例模块化和整体性协调、案例研究和教学案例转化、案例数量及其更新等问题;案例课堂教学在经典理论传授与中国式管理思维双向传递、案例嵌入环节的精准性和时间控制、案例教学组织形式和教学效果评价等方面也存在较大改进空间。组建、应用MBA人力资源管理案例库是一项系统工程,只有精心选择、编写、更新案例,精心准备、组织、实施案例教学,才能有效辅助学生审时度势、权衡应变、模拟决策。
Case teaching is a necessary part of MBA teaching. At present, there are many problems in the construction of do-mestic unique MBA human resources management case bank:the representativeness of the selected cases, modular and holistic coordi-nation of the cases, case studies and teaching conversion, case amount and the update, etc. During case teaching, there is big room for improvement in the two-way transmission between the classical theory teaching and Chinese-style management thinking, the preci- sion and time control in the case embedded part, case teaching organization form and teaching effect evaluation. The construction and application of MBA human resources management case bank is a systematic project, only with a carefully selected, written and updat- ed case, which is carefully prepared, organized, implemented, can we effectively assist students in assessing situation, weighing the strain, and simulating decision-making.
