高校思想政治教育“供给侧”改革

高校思想政治教育作为我国社会主义意识形态领域的重要宣传阵地,担负着为国家培养思想政治教育工作者、宣传党和国家方针政策的重要任务,对我国意识形态安全负有重要责任。但是当前我国高校思想政治教育存在"供需错位"、"供给"质量过低的问题,在经历教育领域从"以教师为主导"到"以学生为主体"的转变过程中,部分高校存在理解偏差,过分强调迎合学生需求,未能充分发挥高校思想政治教育的思想引领作用,尤其是在网络技术迅猛发展的时代高校思想政治教育话语权仍有待提高。文章运用经济领域的"供给侧改革"思维,在考虑高校学生的需求基础上,从供给主体、供给内容、供给形式、供给环境四个方面对提升高校思想政治教育精准供给、高效供给提出建议,从而使高校思想政治教育能够为学生提供高质量、有引领作用的思想精品,更好地发挥思想政治教育的德育功能。

As an important propaganda position in the field of socialist ideology in our country, ideological and political educa- tion in colleges and universities is playing an important role in cultivating ideological and political education workers in the country and promoting the policies of the Party and the country. It takes an important responsibility for the ideological security of our coun-try. However, at present, there are the problems of ＂mismatch between supply and demand＂ and ＂low quality of supply＂ in ideologi-cal and political education in colleges and universities in our country. In the transformation from ＂teacher-oriented＂ to ＂student-ori- ented＂ in the field of education, some colleges and universities have misunderstandings that overemphasized catering to the needs of students, and failed to give full play to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Especially in the era of rapid development of network technology, the discourse right of ideological and political education in colleges and universities still needs to be improved. This paper applies the thinking of ＂supply-side reform＂ in the economic field, on the basis of considering the demand of college students, improves the precise supply of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from four aspects： the main body of supply, the content of supply, the form of supply, and the environment of supply, puts forward suggestions for efficient supply. So that ideological and political education in colleges and universities can provide students with high -quality, leading ideas, and better play the role of moral education in ideological and political education.
