摘要
导生引导式团队学习(PLTL)这种教学模式试点应用于管理学原理课程中,能顺利实施并取得较好的效果。但也存在一定问题,多数学生不太乐意由同年级的学生担任导生,他们更愿意由同专业高年级的学生担任导生。学生的学习投入和导生的专业知识、表达与团队沟通能力是影响学习效果的关键因素。所以教师要选择有意愿的学生参与此教学模式并全程关注团队学习的进展和及时处理问题。
Peer-Led Team Learning (PLTL) is applied in the course of management principles, which can be successfully imple-mented and achieved better results. But there are also some problems. Most students are less willing to be guided by students in the same grade, and they are more likely to be guided by students of higher grades. Students' learning engagement and monitors' profes-sional knowledge, expression and team communication ability are the key factors that influence the learning effect. Therefore, teachers should choose students who are willing to participate in this teaching mode and pay attention to the progress of team learning and deal with problems in time.
