制度满意度和治理绩效感知对村民选举参与的影响——基于“中国乡镇民主与治理调查”的实证研究

The effects of institutional satisfaction and perceived governance effectiveness on the villagers' electoral participation——Based on the data of "the survey of democracy and governance of township in China"

基于"中国乡镇民主与治理调查"数据,考虑制度与治理绩效这两个重要的前因变量,分析制度满意度、治理绩效感知对村民选举参与的影响。研究发现:制度满意度、治理绩效感知显著正向影响村民选举参与的积极性,且治理绩效感知在制度满意度对村民选举参与的影响中发挥中介作用。据此,建议:(1)要健全村委会选举制度和组织,及时回应村民的利益诉求,提高村民对制度的满意度;(2)要关注民生,使村民充分感知政府的努力和绩效,以此来促进村民的政治参与;(3)应不断改善村民选举参与的环境,带动村民选举参与,以此进一步提高村民的制度满意度和治理绩效感知。

Based on the data of ＂ the survey of democracy and governance of township in China＂ in rural China,and considering both institution and performance as two important antecedents,the study analyzed the influence of institutional satisfaction and perceived governance effectiveness on the villagers＇ electoral participation. The study found that institutional satisfaction and perceived governance effectiveness positively affected the enthusiasm of the villagers＇ electoral participation, and perceived governance effectiveness played an intermediary role in the influence of institutional satisfaction on the villagers＇ electoral participation. Therefore,the article suggested that：（ 1） villager＇ s electoral institution and organization should be improved; the interests of villagers should be met immediately,and the satisfaction of villagers with institution should be enhanced;（ 2） well-being of villagers should be heightened; performance of government should be perceived to promote the political participation;（ 3） the electoral environment should be improved to help boost electoral participation, satisfaction of institution, and perception of governance performance.
