摘要
从农业供给侧结构性改革视角出发,运用投入导向的DEA效率评价模型,测算2007—2016年福建省农产品物流效率,分析福建省物流系统投入产出的综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率、规模报酬等,建议主要从纯技术效率提升、加快转变发展方式、合理分配资源、提高劳动力整体素质等方面来提升福建省农产品物流综合效率。
From the perspective of agricultural supply-reform,using the efficiency evaluation model of input-oriented DEA,the indexes of the logistics efficiency of Fujian ＇ s agricultural products were calculated from 2007 to 2016,and the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and scale compensation to the input-output of Fujian＇s logistics system were analyzed. Three aspects of suggestions were proposed to enhance the logistics comprehensive efficiency of agricultural products in Fujian： improving the pure technical efficiency,speeding up the transformation of development mode and rationally allocating resources and improving the overall quality of labor force.
