Educational modernization is the foundation and precursor of a country's modernization.Over the past 40 years since reform and opening up,China has made tremendous achievements in education modernization.At the same time,it has also gained successful experience to guide future reform and development of education.It includes giving priority to the development of education as the strategy,taking education innovation as the impetus to futher promote education reform and development,insisting on coordinated development of education,upholding connotative development of education to improve education quality,and insisting on expanding educational opening-up in a global stage.
