摘要
火法次氧化锌是有色金属工业中的一个小分支行业,该行业对我国经济的发展不可或缺。目前国内相关生产单位执行的大气污染物综合排放标准GB16297-1996、GB9078-1996、GB28662-2012、GB25466-2010、GB31573-2015、GB18484-2011均有采用而没有统一认识。从各标准适用范围、当前环境质量控制需求、行业生产工艺特征来看,建议将其排放标准明确为《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB25466-2010),并通过全国性的调研确定其烟气基准氧含量。
The fire process hypo-zinc oxide is a small branch industry in non-ferrous metal industry. The industry cannot be lack to the economic development in our country At present time, the relative production units in the country adopt and implement the emission standards of air pollutants, such as GB16297、GB9078、GB28662、GB25466、GB31573、GB 18484, but they do not have a unifying cognition. From the point of view of applicable scope of all standards, present control demand of environmental quality and technical characteristics of industry production, the paper suggests to define the emission standard as GB25466 and through the nationwide investigation to confirm the benchmark oxygen contents of flue gas.
