一体化废气治理装置应用研究

Application Study on Integrated Exhaust Gas Treatment Device

随着经济的快速发展,石化、油墨印刷、涂装等行业也发展迅速,随之产生的环境污染问题日益凸显,其中不乏小型工作间产生的废气污染。针对汽车维修小型喷漆车间存在废气与颗粒污染物并存,且废气浓度低、波动大、风量小、拟投资额少的特点,研究了一体化组合废气治理装置的工作原理及工程应用情况,并对一体化废气治理装置的优化及改进进行了展望。

With the rapid development of economy, petrochemicals, printing ink printing, painting and other industries are developing rapidly, and the environmental pollution problems are increasingly protruding, including the pollutions of exhaust gas in many small workplace. In view of the characteristics of coexistence of exhaust gas, particulate pollutants, and low concentration, great fluctuation, little air volume of exhaust gas, and less investment quantum existed in small-sized spray-paint workshop of motorcar maintenance, the paper studies the working principle and engineering application of integrated compounding device of waste gas treatment. The paper also puts forward the prospect on the optimization and improvement of the integrated device of exhaust gas treatment.
