反预期语气副词“偏偏”和“反倒”篇章功能的比较分析

The Comparison Study in Textual Function Aspect of Anti-expectation Modal Adverbs “Pianpian” and “Fandao”

从篇章功能角度对两者进行辨析,力求进一步地揭示同属于反预期范畴的语气副词"偏偏"和"反倒"各自深层的语义特征和找出制约两者替换的语义条件。"偏偏"和"反倒"在辞典释义中均含有"相反"之义,但不同的是前者强调偏离预期即可,而后者更侧重的是预期的对立面。只有当"偏偏"表示与预期相对立的情况时,两者才可以互换;当"反倒"用于反递句式时,也即表示与预期对立面程度更深的结果时,一般不能与"偏偏"互换。

This article will make the distinction study of these two adverbs＂Pianpian＂and ＂Fandao＂that belong to the same category — ＂anti-expectation＂to reveal the deep semantic featuresand find out the condition on which they can replace each other without influence the semantic value from the textual function.The semantic feature— ＂Contrary＂is shared by ＂Pianpian＂and ＂Fandao＂,the former denotes the situation which deviates from the expectation;the latter denotes the situation which not only deviates from the expectation but also is rightly the opposite side or the deeper level compared with the opposite side.Only on the condition that the situation is rightly the opposite side of the expectation can they replace each other in the sentence;when the ＂Fandao＂is used in the reversely progressive sentence pattern,it can＇t be replaced with ＂Pianpian＂.
