针对性护理干预对于急诊科酒精中毒患者依从性的影响评价

Evaluation of the effect of targeted nursing interventions on compliance of alcoholism patients in emergency department

目的:评价针对性护理干预对于急诊科酒精中毒患者依从性的影响。方法:在2016年4月至2017年11月,选取本院急诊科酒精中毒患者94例,平均分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理,观察患者治疗依从性、护理依从性、护理满意度、意外事故及护患纠纷发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗依从性及护理依从性比对照组高,护理满意度比对照组高,意外事故发生率及护患纠纷发生率比对照组低,P<0.05。结论:给予急诊科酒精中毒患者针对性护理,能提高患者依从性,获得较好的护理满意度,降低意外事故及护患纠纷发生率。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of targeted nursing intervention on the compliance of alcoholism in emergency department.Methods：From April 2016 to November 2017,94 patients with alcoholism in the emergency department of our hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing care.The observation group was given targeted nursing.The patient＇s treatment compliance was observed.care compliance,care satisfaction,accidents,and nurse-patient disputes.Results：The observation group had higher treatment compliance and nursing compliance than the control group.The nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of accidents and the incidence of disputes between nurses and patients were lower than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Targeted nursing of patients with alcoholism in the emergency department can improve patient compliance,obtain satisfactory nursing satisfaction,reduce accidents and the incidence of disputes between nurses and patients.
