腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术和经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的比较

Comparison of laparoscopic myomectomy and abdominal myomectomy

目的:分析探讨子宫肌瘤采取腹腔镜手术和经腹手术的临床效果以及相关表现。方法:将收治的患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,对比两组手术情况。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血、术后排气、术后住院时间、感染率均少于对照组,但观察组费用高于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;讨论:腹腔镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤的各项手术指标略优于开腹手术治疗,但腹腔镜手费用较高。

Objective：Analysis and discussion of the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and transabdominal surgery in uterine fibroids and related performance.Methods：The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,comparing the two groups of surgical conditions.Results：The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative exhaust,postoperative hospital stay and infection rate in the observation group were less than those in the control group,However,the cost of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,which was statistically significant;Discussion：Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of uterine fibroids slightly better han the surgical indicators of open surgery.
