临床护理路径在精神分裂症女性患者治疗中的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of clinical nursing path in the treatment of schizophrenic patients

目的:探讨临床护理路径在精神分裂症患者治疗中的效果。方法:将2016年8月至2017年6月在本院接受治疗的85例康复期精神分裂症女性患者作为研究对象,随机分组,对照组只进行常规护理,观察组制定临床护理路径方案表,根据患者实际临床情况分阶段开展治疗。结果:两组相较而言,急性治疗期评分无统计学意义(P>0.05);康复治疗期与病情巩固期,观察组BPRS评分显著较低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后nOSIE个人卫生、社会兴趣、社会能力评分较高,显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。两组相较而言,观察组住院费用、住院天数、护理差错均较低,显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对康复期精神分裂症患者实施临床护理路径,可以有效改善患者临床症状,缩短住院费用、住院天数,提升医院护理水平。

Objective：To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of schizophrenic patients.Methods：85 cases of schizophrenic women who were treated in our hospital during the period from August 2016 to June 2017 were studied,randomly divided into the control group only routine nursing,the observation group to develop programs of clinical nursing path table,according to the actual situation to carry out treatment in patients with clinical stages.Results：Comparison between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference in the acute treatment period（P 〉0.05）.The BPRS score in the observation group was significantly lower in the rehabilitation period and the consolidation period（P 〈0.05）.The scores of nOSIE personal health,social interest and social ability were higher in the observation group than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）.In comparison with the two groups,the hospitalization expenses,the days of hospitalization and the nursing errors were lower than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Implementation of clinical nursing pathway for patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce hospitalization expenses,hospitalization days,and improve the level of hospital care.
