摘要
目的:探讨针灸结合康复训练对肩手综合征的治疗作用。方法:将肩手综合征患者56例随机分为常规组(康复训练)与研究组(针灸结合康复训练),各28例。结果:研究组总体疗效、FMA评分、QOL评分均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合康复训练对肩手综合征的治疗作用较为突出。
Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on shoulder hand syndrome.Methods：Fifty-six patients with shoulder hand syndrome were randomly divided into routine group（rehabilitation training）and the research group（acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training）,28 cases.Results：The overall efficacy,FMA score and QOL score of the group were better than that of the conventional group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training have prominent effect on the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome.
