AO锁定足舟状骨接骨板内固定治疗SangeorzanⅡ、Ⅲ型舟骨骨折的可行性及临床效果探索

To Explore the Navicular AO Locking Plate Internal Fixation Treatment Feasibility of Sangeorzan Type Scaphoid Fractures and Clinical Effect

目的探讨AO锁定足舟状骨接骨板内固定治疗SangeorzanⅡ、Ⅲ型舟骨骨折的可行性及临床效果。方法对我院2015年4月~2016年8月收治的26例足舟骨粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,患者均采用切开复位AO锁定足舟状骨接骨板及克氏针内固定治疗,观察其临床疗效及骨折愈合时间。结果优良率为88.5%,术后无感染、皮肤坏死等并发症发生。骨折愈合时间为(12.25±2.15)w。结论 SangeorzanⅡ、Ⅲ型舟骨骨折采用AO锁定足舟状骨接骨板内固定治疗具有较好临床疗效,能有效促进骨折愈合,有利于早期功能锻炼,使患者尽快恢复健康,具有较高应用价值。

Objective To explore the navicular AO locking plate internal fixation treatment feasibility of Sangeorzan type scaphoid fractures and clinical effect. Methods In our hospital from April 2015 ~2016 year in August 26 cases of scaphoid fractures in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were treated with open reduction and locking plate AO navicular and Kirschner wire fixation, fracture healing time and observe its clinical curative effect. Results The excellent and good rate was 88.5%. No complications such as infection or skin necrosis occurred after the operation. The average healing time of fracture was（12.25 ＋ 2.15） weeks. Conclusions Sangeorzan type of scaphoid fractures with AO has better clinical effect of navicular locking plate internal fixation treatment, can effectively promote fracture healing, is conducive to the early functional exercise, make patients recover as soon as possible, has higher application value.
