动车组用铝合金传动盘锻造组织和各向异性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高动车组的动力学性能,轻量化是一条必由之路.将空心轴两端的传动盘零件用高强7050铝合金替代35钢,将大幅度减轻车辆的簧下质量.而采用铝合金锻造工艺需要克服的最大难点是力学性能的各向异性.文章研究了减小高强铝合金传动盘各向异性的加工方法.结果表明,采用"预先挤压+墩粗"及"径向拔长自由锻造+两级时效"处理的工艺路线,获得了各向异性较小的7050铝合金传动盘锻件. Lightweighting is the most profitable trail to take in improving the dynamic performance of EMU.The replacement of 35 steel with a high-strength 7050 aluminum alloy on the transmission disc parts at both ends of the hollow shaft will substantially reduce the unsprung weight of the vehicle.The biggest difficulty that needs to be overcome when using aluminum alloy forging process is the anisotropy of mechanical properties.For this reason,this paper studies the processing method for reducing the anisotropy of the high-strength aluminum alloy drive plate.The results show that the forgings of 7050 aluminum alloy drive plate with smaller anisotropy are obtained by adopting the process route of'pre-extrusion+piercing'and'free radial forging+two-stage aging treatment'.
