摘要
为了有效监测海上油田内燃机组润滑油性能,指导润滑油换油优化并为故障诊断提供数据支持,根据润滑油失效机制及内燃机故障诊断的技术特征,搭建基于中间件技术的内燃机润滑油分布式在线监测系统.这种在线监测系统实现了在带宽低、作业单元分散等特殊环境下润滑油远程在线形式的监测诊断服务.通过在某FPSO内燃机发电机组试点应用,润滑油在线监测系统能够有效监测润滑油性能并用于内燃机故障诊断.
According to the failure mechanism and technical features of the fault diagnosis for lubricating oil,the on-line monitoring scheme of lubricating oil based on middleware technology is established in order to effectively monitor the lubricating oil performance of internal combustion engines in offshore oilfields,guide the optimal oil change and provide data support for fault diagnosis.This on-line monitoring system enables the remote online monitoring and diagnosis of lubricants in a special environment such as low bandwidth and decentralized operation units.Through the pilot application of an FPSO IC-generator set,the lubricant oil online monitoring system can effectively monitor the performance of the lubricant and be used for the fault diagnosis of the internal combustion engine.
