高校纪检部门履职效能提升路径研究——基于生态系统思维

Research on the Way to Improve the Performance Efficiency of the Discipline Inspection Department in Colleges and Universities:Based on the Ecological System Thinking

随着全面从严治党向纵深发展及国家监察体制改革不断深化,高校纪检部门肩负的使命愈发光荣、责任愈发重大,提升高校纪检部门履职效能,是推进高校全面从严治党的迫切需要,是推动高校平稳健康发展的必然要求。基于生态系统思维,深入分析高校纪检部门面临的履职困境,指出其在主业职能、制度机制、力量配备等方面存在的问题,为其履职效能的提升提出系统性的对策和建议。

With the deepening of the comprehensive development of the party and the deepening of the reform of the state supervision system,the mission of the discipline inspection department is becoming more and more glorious and the responsibility is becoming more and more important.It is the urgent need to promote the overall strict administration of the party and to promote the stable and healthy development of colleges and universities.Based on the ecological system thinking,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the difficulties faced by the discipline inspection department in colleges and universities,and points out the existing problems in the main functions,institutional mechanism and power allocation,and puts forward systematic countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of its performance efficiency.
