三维超声在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的应用进展

Progress in the Application of Three-Dimensional Ultrasound in Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)是产后女性、老年女性的常见病与多发病。主要是由于妊娠与分娩导致盆底支持结构损伤所致。PFD的诊断目前大多依靠妇科检查与患者主观症状判断,缺乏客观性;治疗的效果也难于评定。三维超声能清晰得显示患者盆底结构,并且为诊断与治疗PFD提供直观的影像学依据。本文就三维超声对女性PFD的解剖基础、诊断中的应用进行综述。

Pelvic floor dysfunction was a common and multiple diseases of postpartum and elderly women.Pelvic floor support structure damage by pregnancy and childbirth.The diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction mostly depends on gynecological examination and subjective symptom of patients,these aspects were lack of objectivity;and the effect of treatment is also difficult to assess.Three-dimensional ultrasound can clearly display the pelvic floor structure of patients,and it also prvides an intuitive iconography basis for the diagnosis and treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction.The article reviews the anatomical basis and the application of diagnostic by three-dimensional ultrasound in female pelvic floor dysfunction.
