The Practice and Exploration for Modern Apprenticeship Talent Training Model——An Example of the Major of Medicine Quality and Security in Bozhou University

现代学徒制为西欧职业教育和经济的发展作出了重大的贡献,它是发展现代职业教育和提升职业教育人才培养质量的重大举措。现代学徒制与传统学徒制之间存在许多差异。亳州学院药品质量与安全专业作为现代学徒制试点专业,结合自身特点和实际在现代学徒制人才培养方面进行了有益的探索和实践,构建了"一二三四五"现代学徒制人才培养模式,为丰富和完善职业教育的人才培养模式提供了借鉴。

Modern apprenticeship has made great contribution to the western occupational education and economic development. It is an important way to develop modern occupational education and promote training quality. There are many differences between traditional and modern apprenticeship. With the major of medicine quality and security in Bozhou University as an experiment,it attempts to explore and practice this model combining the character and reality. A modern apprenticeship model ＂1,2,3,4,5 ＂training model is constructed,which may provide an example for the improvement of occupational education.
