斗鸡活动是黔东南少数民族文化传播的一种载体,在斗鸡的传统养殖模式中存在饲养管理不规范、疾病多发等情况,甚至可能携带人禽共患病,引起公共卫生问题。文章对斗鸡的传统饲养管理、训练和护理保健技术进行科学总结,以期促进斗鸡养殖健康发展。

The cockfighting activity is a carrier of cultural dissemination of ethnic minorities in southeastern of Guizhou. In the traditional breeding mode of cockfighting,there are problems such as unregulated breeding and management,frequent diseases,etc.,and may even cause communicable disease in humans,causing public health problems. The article scientifically summarized the traditional feeding,management,training and nursing care techniques of cockfighting in order to promote the healthy development of cockfighting.
