我国快递包装废弃物回收制度的法律思考

Reflections of Express Packaging Waste Recovery System in China

近年来,网络普及全国,发展之势锐不可当,得此助力,我国快递业也飞速发展,形成相应规模。但与此同时,快递包装废弃物造成的污染问题和浪费问题已成为社会不可忽视的方面。建立健全快递包装废弃物的回收制度是我国亟待解决的问题。在运用理论分析、比较分析法等多种方法的基础上,分析我国快递包装污染现状及成因;借鉴国外相关立法内容;指出快递包装回收制度尚存问题;从法律角度为我国快递包装回收制度的完善尽绵薄之力。

With the rapid development of Internet and electronic commerce technology,express delivery industry has already become one of the fastest growing industry in China. However,the wastes of express packaging has caused the pollution. The recycling of express delivery packaging waste has been an urgent problem.The paper analyzes the status and the causes of packaging waste in our country and put forward some suggestions to establish the recycling system of express packaging waste.
