Analysis of Anti-traditional Factors Represented in the Text of Modification

1957年,米歇尔·布托尔的《变》问世,并因其重要的艺术价值获得了同年的勒诺多文学奖。《变》可以算得上是新小说的一部代表作了。有人把《变》称作一部全知的百科全书,车窗外的景与物和车窗内人情世故相辅相成,构成其内涵所在。它打破了传统小说的写作方式与理念,在叙述视角、"物"的涌现、人物的"物化"、"白描手法"的运用以及"文学"和"艺术"的结合等几个方面都蕴含着"反传统"因子。

In 1957,Modification written by Michel Butor came out in public and this novel won the Prize of Renaudot because of its great artistic values. Modification can be regarded as one of the representative works in a literary genre called The New Novel. Someone considers this novel as an encyclopedia which contains not only the sightseeings outside the window but also the conduct of the passengers inside the train. It has broken up with the traditional writing patterns and the anti-traditional factors represented as follows： the narrative perspective,the phenomenon of materialization,the application of straightforward skill and the combination of literature and art,etc.
