构建二级学院教学质量监控与评价体系是保障教学质量水平的有效措施,也是保障实现人才培养目标的手段。随着民办高校的发展,二级学院的教学管理职能已经逐渐完善,二级学院应对现有的教学质量监控与评价体系不断完善,为了完成培养应用型人才的培养目标,从对教学活动进行过程控制,对教学活动进行精细化管理,梳理并完善教学管理制度,加强教学质量监控与评价等多方面着手,构建天津天狮学院二级学院教学质量监控与评价体系,以完成人才培养目标,提高教学质量。

The construction of the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system at the second level college is an effective measure to guarantee the teaching quality and realize the goal of talents training. With the development of private universities, the second level college teaching management has been gradually improved, and their teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system should improve as well. The improvement should include the teaching process control,teaching quality control, meticulous management and establishing a training mode suitable for the second level college teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system of Tianshi College in Tianjin, so as to achieve the goal of talent cultivation, and improve the quality of teaching.
