应用技术型大学人力资源管理专业课程体系优化研究——基于供给侧结构性改革的视角 被引量:3

摘要 课程体系的设置关系到人才培养的规格、质量,以及人才培养目标的实现。对其进行优化是解决应用技术型大学人才供给与社会需求不匹配的有效方法。本研究以人力资源管理专业为研究对象,从理论层面,以"多元整合"课程观为课程体系设计理念,以社会需求为支点分析课程体系优化的必要性。基于人力资源管理专业的能力结构,对课程模块、课程学分比例以及课程体系实施的保障条件进行了优化。目的是把专业建设、人才培养与社会需求有机结合起来,不断提高应用技术型人才供给质量,优化人才供给结构,逐渐形成有自身特色的应用型人才供给优势,进而与其他类型的高校形成错位竞争。 Course design determines the quality of talent cultivation and realization of the cultivation goals. Optimizing the course structure and contents is an effective method to deal with the problem of mismatch between the supply of talents and the social needs for application-oriented universities. This study focused on the course of human resources management and analyzed the necessity of course optimization based on social needs. The guarantee conditions for the course module, course credit ratio and course contents were optimized, for the purpose of taking the course design,personnel training and social demand all into consideration, so as to continuously improve the quality of technical talents,optimize the structure of the talent supply, gradually form the special characteristics of applied talents supply, and form the dislocation competition with other types of colleges and universities.
