地方性本科院校物业管理专业发展困境及改革的探索——以山东工商学院为例

The Dilemma and Reform of Property Management Specialty in Shandong Technology and Business University

社会经济发展对物业管理专业人才需求不断扩大,从数量到质量都提出了新的要求,但同时高校物业管理专业招生形势却并不理想。本文首先对形成这一困境的成因进行探讨,认为其中既有社会对物业管理专业的认知问题,也有物业服务企业和行业对专业人才的管理问题,同时高校在人才培养方面也存在着不足。最后对山东工商学院物业管理专业在应用型人才培养方面的一些做法做了介绍,以期为我国同类院校物业管理专业的发展提供借鉴。

The change of demand from quantity to quality for property management professionals is growing, but the enrollment situation in some universities now is not optimistic. There are many reasons for this dilemma, including the inappropriate understanding of the public, the management problems of professionals in service enterprises and property management companies, and the inadequate cultivation in colleges and universities. This paper summarized the talents training practice in Shandong Technology and Business University, hoping to provide some reference for similar universities and colleges.
