Social capital,as an important concept in sociology and economics field,has and important practical value in many fields of social life,and its importance to economic growth and the development of the whole society has been fully affirmed.With the deepening of the structural reform of the supply side of medical service based on the public health service demand,the influence of social capital formed by the network of internal and external relations on the development of the hospital is particularly important.The hospital social capital plays a vital role in the sustainable and healthy development of the hospital,such as top-level design of internal operation mechanism,construction of performance appraisal system,lean management,discipline construction,medical quality management and control,personnel construction,information construction,hospital culture construction and so on.
